Asmodee Tease New Star Wars Boardgame

Asmodee have plans to keep you cool this summer.

Teased today on the company’s social media platforms, Star Wars: the Battle for Hoth will be a ‘fast paced miniatures game’ which recreates ‘one of the most iconic scenes’ of the Star Wars saga.

Details are sketchy thus far, but Asmodee’s social media suggests players can ‘command the ferocious Imperial army or the courageous Rebel forces’. The battle can be recreated across ‘17 unique scenarios’ and two ‘dynamic multi-scenario campaigns’. It will also include six leaders (thus far unnamed). The game will also feature the same Command & Colours system as used in Memoir '44.
