(Crowdfund Quest) 300+ Everyday People Volume 6 - 28mm, 32mm & 54mm Miniatures

Crowdfund Quest is a daily column that takes us on an expedition into tabletop crowdfunding with a look at a current project in the tabletop gaming world.

3D Modeler Greg Gonzalez has been creating figures, and building dioramas over two decades. His Etsy store is 11 years old, he launched a Patreon last month, and regular blogs painting and other tips on his website where you can also buy his creations.

His company, DoubleGDiecast, has also run a number of Kickstarters offering up figures that are often not widely represented in gaming circles… Regular Folk… or Everyday People to borrow the campaigns title. These figures are not only great for modern/near future gaming but will also attract diorama makers in the wider miniature hobby world.

The figures, which are delivered as STL files, come in three scales 28mm, 32mm and 54mm. Greg hand-sculpts the sets and has a catalogue of hundreds of miniatures available, This campaign, the sixth in the series so far, largely looks at everyday life in a small town - from garage workers and car mechanics, to the local sheriffs department, shoppers at the local mini-mart and people on coffee runs, joggers to OAPs or home removal team. There are also a few other selections included such as the Community Access TV Ghost Hunting Crew Set, Hazardous Material Team, Hunters, and the Minor Emergency Scene which bring a bit of action and/or suspense to the proceedings.

300+ Everyday People Volume 6 is a goldmine for miniature enthusiasts and well worth checking out, as are Greg’s previous campaigns and websites.
