The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

• If you follow any links from other providers, they may disclose various material as per their privacy policy

We use the information that you have given us to show relevant content. Once you have landed on one of our properties, we will use your provided information to show you the most timely and relevant organic and promoted content.

We may share non-personally identifiable information with carefully vetted business partners and suppliers.

We may share personally identifiable information with third parties only as required by law or to fulfil business needs.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

Personally identifiable information

We keep all personal information for two years from the last time you were active on one of our properties. We will then place your account into a dormant status (requiring email or phone verification to reactivate) and dispose of your information by secure deletion within the following 36 months.

We depersonalise all other information, interactions, visits and other information and may keep it in various forms for seven years.

Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including

• Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
• Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

• You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
