The Codenames Series Gets Three New Themed Mini-Expansions

This week see’s the release of THREE bite-size expansion packs for the popular spy-themed party word game Codenames, by Czech Game Editions.

The three themed packs Sci-Fi, Fairy Tales and Cute Critters will enable players to mix things up with new words, or images, for Codenames, Codenames Duet, or Codenames Pictures. The Sci-Fi and Fairy Tales Expansions Packs each bring 50 carefully curated words to Codenames or Codenames Duet, as well as 3 new agent tiles (2 for Codenames, 1 for Duet) and 4 themed pictures for Codenames: Pictures. The Cute Critters Expansion Pack brings 40 unique animal images to add more variety and charm to Codenames: Pictures.

Game stores should start receiving the packs later this week, so keep an eye out at your local FLGS and give your games of Codenames a new themed twist for your agents to try and solve!
