Chivalry & Sorcery Gets Not One But TWO Bundle of Holdings!

Welcome adventurer! Chivalry & Sorcery was first published way back in 1979 by Fantasy Games Unlimited. Now on it’s 5th Edition, and having been with Brittannia Game Designs since 1997, the game is still going strong and sports an avid player base and plenty of support. Now Bundle of Holding is presenting a great way to be introduced to the game, or fill in your gaps if you already own it, with not one but TWO bundles on offer!

The first bundle is the Chivalry and Rising Sun collection. This is the bundle to get if you’ve not played the game before as it comes with the Chivalry and Sorcery core rulebook as part of the base tier.

Chivalry and Sorcery lets you create well-rounded characters who belong to an authentic medieval world. Every character has been shaped by feudal society - even a landless adventurer or freebooting wanderer had a home and family once. Knights wield secular power and command the battlefield. Priests utter prayers and call up miracles. Magick is deep and mysterious, based on real-world historical tradition.

You decide the level of magic in your game. Run a medieval high fantasy filled with magic and myth - one of gritty, low fantasy - or even a pure historical simulation. From fairy-tale romance to courtly love, from religious intrigue to brutal, bloody battles, from dynasties and domain management to gagles of badass goblins and terrifying dragons, Chivalry and Sorcery lets you play in exactly the Middle Ages you want.

The Chivalry Collection, available at the minimum pledge, not only includes the core rulebook but also Goblins, Orcs, & Trolls - a species supplement, the C&S European Folklore Bestiary, Castles of Britain, C&S GM Screen, and three adventures - Curse of the Casket, Facets of Fire, and Welsh Connection. The higher pledge, the Rising Sun Collection, gives you all of the above but also adds the Feudal Japan range of books to the deal. C&S Land of the Rising Sun, Land of the Rising Sun Map Pack, Rising Sun Folklore Bestiary, and the Rising Sun Adventure Book which includes three adventrues.

For centuries the Japanese have called their islands the Land of the Rising Sun. Set in Feudal Japan, this campaign sourcebook for Chivaley and Sorcery Fifth Edition presents the Japan of legend, with brave samurai, stealthy ninja, crafty cat spirits, terrifying demons, awe-inspiring kami, and lovely geisha.

Land of the Rising Sun covers the late Classical period of Japan, through the middle of the Feudal period, circa 850-1500 CE. Character generation resembles Fifth Edition Chivalry and Sorcery, giving you and your players the tools to create characters from Samurai to Ninja. The Magick rules draw on the Japanese elements of Air, Earth, Fire, Metal, Water, and Wood. The Religion rules allow people to play Buddhist or Shinto Priests, adding new branches of religion to those found in Chivalry aand Sorcery.

The second bundle on offer is C&S New Lands. This collection offers up new historical sourcebooks, fantasy gazetteers, a full length campaign and adventures.

The basic tier, the Sourcebook Collection, gives you the sourcebooks Dux Bellorum (pre-Arthurian Britain), The Celts (Druidic adventures in the Iron Age), Marakush - The Mhuan Isles (a gazetteer set in the C&S fantasy world of Marakush), and C&S Sourcebook One which gives you new rules, vocations, skills and creatures for the game.

The second tier of the C&S New Lands bundle gives you the Eorldom of Gar Campaign which includes the 110 page Eorldom of Gor Setting Book, the four part campaign consisting of the Militas to Jaileen, Across the Eorldom, Agents of the Dragon, and Then There Were None adventures, and the high-resolution Northern Urtind - Cadan Bay regional map. In addition to the campaign you also get the high level adventure Hillfort of the Pagans, and the Marakush adventure anthology Adventures in Urtind.
