The True King of Monsters Finally Joins King of Tokyo!

UK Games Expo, at the NEC Birmingham at the end of May, will see the arrival of Godzilla into the iconic and best-selling King of Tokyo series from IELLO in the stand-alone King of Tokyo Godzilla. Toho’s legenderary Kaijus clash in an epic battle to decide who will be the definitive King of Tokyo.

You will be able to play as Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Hedorah, Rodan, Mothra, and Mechagodzilla in this family card and dice game, battling it out and purchasing cards to evolve your Kaiju in order to overcome the competition and being the last one standing or achieving dominance by being the first to reach 20 victory points.

The game will be familiar to any one who has played the original King of Tokyo which was released back in 2011 and designed by Richard Garfield, the designer of other classics such as Magic: The Gathering, Netrunner, and RoboRally.

King of Tokyo Godzilla plays with 2-6 players and takes around 30 minutes. The game is launching at UK Games Expo and will hit retail stores shortly thereafter.
