Cynthia Williams resigns as president of Wizards of the Coast

I know quite a number of people who will be happy with this news, Cynthia Williams has resigned as president of WotC. I've not much knowledge of her but I know a good with TTRPG'ers who won't be sad to see her go. Anyone know why?
