As Night Falls: The Crimson Ball is a vampire themed LARP - immersive and interactive theatre event set in the modern day, and held in the gothic former library of The Wardwick in Derby.

Mythic Echoes’ second annual vampire-themed gaming day came, bit, and departed to some acclaim.

In 1924, Dracula was performed on stage for the first time – in Derby to be precise. A hundred years later, the centenary was held to celebrate this auspicious occasion, by a series of ongoing events that were unveiled as Dracula Returns to Derby.

Derby Museums and Mythic Echoes are throwing open the coffin lid this May 3rd, The Vampire Games Day transforming The Wardwick at Derby Museum and Art Gallery into a haven for heavy eyeliner and undercooked steak enthusiasts to celebrate the city's Gothic literary heritage and particularly Bram Stokers ‘Dracula’.
