A brightly colored display box for the Cyberpunk Trading Card Game features a vibrant design with the text "WELCOME TO NIGHT CITY" prominently displayed at the top. The back of the box showcases three characters: a cybernetic figure, a woman with colorful hair and tattoos, and a man in a futuristic outfit, all set against a neon-lit backdrop. The bottom of the box is yellow with the title "Cyberpunk TCG" and the logo of CD Projekt Red, emphasizing the game's connection to the Cyberpunk universe.

Cyberpunk is apparently a very hot property at the moment. The Official Cyberpunk Trading Card Game Kickstarter campaign raised over £4,000,000 in just under 3 hours of launching! The campaign by WeirdCo is a licensed 2-player card game based on the Cyberpunk 2077 computer game by CD Projekt Red, which in turn is based on the Cyberpunk tabletop roleplaying game published by R Talsorian Games.

In Cyberpunk Trading Card Game, you’ll put together the ultimate edgerunner crew, pitting them against your opponent as you fight to become a Night City legend. The set comes with two pre-built Starter Decks - The Heist featuring Night Vity mercenaries, and Embracing Power which features the Arasaka corporation. Booster displays of 36 packs, premium Cyberpunk TCG dice, Metal Cards, Playmats, deck Boxes, Card Binders and more are also available.

Given how much it has raised in only a few hours it’ll be interesting to see what the final total is when the campaign wraps up after it’s 31-day run.

The game is expected to hit retail stores in the third quarter of 2026.

Time to let the corpos know we hold the cards. I mean, we bought them from a corpo, obviously, but that's late-stage capitalism for you. WeirdCo's Cyberpunk TCG hit £4m on Kickstarter faster than any campaign ever. #CyberpunkTCG #Kickstarter #TCG
