Firaxis Games & Modiphius Entertainment Announce XCOM Miniatures Game

If you’re a computer gamer and a turn-based tactics fan then the chances are you have spent more than a few hours playing one of the XCOM series of video games. Modiphius Entertainment and Firaxis Games have just announced the XCOM: The Miniatures Game which will see a return to the events of XCOM: Enemy Unknown.

It’s been almost forty years since Ereb Altor was first introduced to the world in the Swedish Sinkadus magazine. It became the first major campaign world for the Dragonbane RPG and, thanks to Helmgast AB and Astrolab Game Studios, will be seeing an English-language release later this year after a crowdfunding campaign due this summer.
