Battlefront Release New Flames of War: Fortress Europe Starter Set

Battlefront have released a brand new starter set for their flagship wargame, Flames Of War.

Entitled Fortress Europe, this new starter set is described as ‘the best way to enter the world of Flames Of War and World War II wargaming’. It includes not only the complete rules, but also a Quick Start Guide designed to help new players ‘begin playing as fast as possible’.

The hard plastic, late-war forces included are composed of the following 15mm / 1/100 scale miniatures:

American Force

2 x M20 scout car (Company HQ)

2 x M18 tank destroyer platoons (4 x M18 Hellcats)

3 x M4 Sherman (76mm) tanks

Parachute rifle platoon (32 Figures)

Germans Force

Panzergrenader HQ (6 Figures)

2 x Panzergrenadier platoons (58 Figures)

2 x 7.5cm guns

2 x Tiger (8.8cm) tanks

The box also includes the complete A5 rulebook, a quick start guide, 11 x unit cards and ten dice.
