A World of Tanks Awaits You at Archon Studio

Hey kids! Do you like tanks? Do you like card games? Then you’ll love the World of Tanks card game!

Now available for pre-order from Archon Studio, the forthcoming World of Tanks: the Card Game transports ‘the intense tank battles of the popular video game’ to the tabletop. A new collaboration between Archon Studio and the enigmatically named Wargaming company, this new game incorporates deck-building and showcases ‘strategic combat, iconic tanks, and immersive artwork’ whilst inviting players to blow one another‘s thanks to kingdom come.

The game’s rules and range of tanks allow for a diverse choice of tactics. What’s your poison? Overwhelm the other player with ‘waves of small and fast tanks’? Or do prefer to bring in the big boys and grind everything under your tank’s massive tracks? These new rules allow for both approaches and more, giving players the opportunity to ‘discover their favourite playstyle and path to victory’.

The game’s tank cards include all the information players will need for not only gameplay, but also whilst building their deck: factions, cost, each tank’s attack power, Hit Points etc.

This new range currently features a starter deck for Germany and the USA; each of these includes 43 cards, tokens, a rulebook and a 10-card booster. These starter decks can be expanded and modified by buying booster packs which include additional cards. This initial wave includes more than 220 cards which feature tanks 11 different factions: USSR, USA, Sweden, Poland, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, Czechoslovakia, China, and the U.K.
