Terra Mystica Special Edition Enters its Final 24 Hours on Gamefound

Steamforged Games’ crowdfunding campaign for Terra Mystica is almost over

Now in its last 24 hours, this blockbuster campaign has already smashed its funding goal and is now, having attracted in excess of £900,000 worth of pledges, unlocking more stretch goals than Lizzo. Designed by Jens Drögemüller and Helge Ostertag, this latest edition of one of the ‘greatest strategy board games of all time’ is a collaboration between original publisher Feuerland Spiele, and Steamforged Games.

Defined as the ‘definitive edition’ of the popular game, this new version combines Terra Mystica’s existing expansions whilst also including 20 fresh factions from ‘renowned creators such as Isaac Childres, Jamey Stegmaier, and Richard Sivel’. It also sports ‘stunning new artwork, deluxe components, and refined usability’.

As one would expect from such a prestigious title and publisher, this campaign is packing some fabulous features, including all the previously released editions (including the fan factions!), luxury pieces adorned with screen-printed artwork , customisable game boards, oodles of new tiles and tokens, and in excess of 200 printed wooden pieces.
