The Kickstarter for Roll & Play Press’One-Shot Wonders: Volume 2 has now entered its final fortnight.
The tenth campaign by this veteran publisher, One-Shot Wonders: Volume 2 is, as you might expect, the sequel to Roll & Play Press’ One-Shot Wonders: Volume 1. As with the previous edition, this latest instalment is packed with ‘over 100 brand-new one shots’. The book also includes two chapters for both the Fey and Shadow Realms, both of which end with ‘a challenging high-level adventure’. All of these self-contained capers are designed for the 2024 D&D rules.
Those of you who back this Kickstarter will also receive exclusive rewards ‘you won’t find in retail’. These rewards include the Kickstarter-only version with beautiful feather-pattern endpapers, your name being printed in the back of the book, and a stamped book from the very first print run. All of these rewards will be exclusive to this campaign.
The campaign is already fully-funded and is now unlocking a series of attractive extras; these include a dice bag embroidery upgrade, a free set of bookmarks for every physical backer, the addition of Fey Realm and Shadow Realm world maps to the book, an expanded map library pack and more.
Add-ons include a chance to bag One-Shot Wonders: Volume 1 and Roll & Play Press’ Map Library Core Box. One-Shot Wonders: Volume 1 contains ‘100 pick-up-and-play DnD adventures’, and the Map Library Core Box is stuffed with 100 double-sided, dry-erase DnD battle maps designed to complement the adventures in One-Shot Wonders.
See the Kickstarter campaign for more details.

Actual play shows, such as Critical Role and Dimension 20 have been massively popular over the last ten years. Episodes can attract millions of viewers and Critical Role have sold out arenas across the globe, including Wembley Arena shows that sold out in under an hour. Dungeons & Dragons has often been the game of choice for shows and now D&D publisher Wizards of the Coast is getting in to the act with a new actual play series called ‘Dungeon Masters’ launching on YouTube on 22nd April.
