Dragonmeet returns to London for one of the biggest one-day gaming conventions in the UK.

Duggley is back for the Dudley Bug Ball 2027. Held at No. 4 Banqueting and Events in Dudley, the Dudley Bug Ball is a two-day TTRPG convention with board games and miniature war-games, held in order to raise money for charity.

New Zealand is a long way to travel for most of us when it comes to trying out new conventions, but it’s also home to a vibrant tabletop role-playing gaming community that can, by the wonders of the internet, be enjoyed by all. For the fifth year running, the online convention showcasing all things Kiwi and creative - KiwiRPG Week 2026 - will bring livestreams of many different games to us all for an entire week starting on Saturday July 4th.

Returning for its 21st annual event, Furnace is back at the Garrison Hotel in Sheffield this October. There will be five gaming slots allocated and filled by the organisers across the weekend but you can choose which games you’d like to be included in as part of the registration process prior to the event. Berlin Brettspiel Con is looking to be absolutely huge. More than 100 exhibitors will be showing their wares at the Estrel Convention Center in Berlin alongside tournaments, live stage events, the Prototype Gallery, food vendors, a free gaming library and a bring & buy flea market.

Spiel Essen is the world’s largest public convention dedicated to board games and brings players from all over the globe together to discover new titles, buy the best gear and most importantly, play loads of games. Last year it was attended by 220,000 visitors from more than 80 different nations, and 948 exhibitors from over 50 different countries. Seven halls, four days and thousands of new releases to discover.

The oldest independent gaming convention in Ireland - now in its 38th year - Gaelcon, held by The Irish Games Association CLG, takes place from 23rd - 26th October at the Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport Hotel.

The new name for Stabcon South - Shake, Battle and Roll returns to Southampton under its new guise but promises the same fun and general geekery that fans have come to love it for.

“Another board game convention organised by a guy called Aaron” is being held at Lancaster University early next year. There will be 82 hours of non-stop gaming, along with bingo, hangman, find a meeple, bring and buy, a bar and street food. Onsite accommodation will also be available should you wish to spend a few of those 82 hours sleeping. This year the organisers are utilising the GoGo App for arranging games and players wanted white boards so make sure you check this out nearer the time.

AireCon are hosting their ACWest event in Telford this Autumn. The “Analog gaming festival” will feature games that can be signed up for using the G.A.M.E. system which enables attendees to arrange games they would like to host and gamers to sign up for before the event. Tickets are available now and the G.A.M.E. system will be launched in the weeks before it all kicks off.

Bardscon - the all day tabletop gaming evening held in Brentwood is all set to go for June 14th. There will be organised games, RPGs, open play, exhibitors, and “geeky traders” selling all manner of paraphernalia such as artwork, crafts, dice and any of the essential gaming accessories you might need throughout the day. There will be also be live entertainment, a charity raffle and geekery and friendly community vibes all day.

ManorCon is a board games convention that has been running for an incredible 43 years. Currently held at the Waterside Campus of the University of Northampton, around 350 people are expected to attend this well established gaming event that will bring you tournaments, retailers, bring and buy, a treasure hunt, quiz and a midnight party in the bar!

Dice & Destiny are bringing you Kent’s premiere gaming event - Canterbury Gaming Convention. This year it’s at a bigger venue so that means more gaming, more exhibitors and more special guests.

Longcon is a little different to the usual fast-paced TTRPG convention games, the idea of Longcon is that the games are long form - they all last all weekend! This event is for people who want to play a game with more time to explore the depths to the story, character interaction and the mechanics of the system itself.

Victrix host a weekend of relaxed, fun tabletop gaming with the focus on what they know is important: meeting good people and playing games.

RPG Events Ltd are running an inclusive event (and encouraging fancy dress!) for one day only at Brancepeth Castle. TTRPG will be the order of the day - and according to the organisers, “not just D&D”. It’s a fully inclusive event but participants under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
