Ambush on the caravan (Twilight BatRep)

Played Twilight last night with my mate Yaum. The Empire force was to escort a merchant to a village, where a troop of knights were on guard. The vile Devanus were preparing an ambush of the caravan to stock up on food.

The Devanu kopa did not wait and immediately launched the attack with his second in tow on the protectors of the caravan, while the trainer and his grishaks got in the way of the reinforcements coming from the village.

The elite Devanu warriors quickly tore the caravan's protectors to pieces, managing to capture the first beast of burden. The kopa finally fell under the concentrated fire of the slingers.

The reinforcements and the grishaks mutually exterminated each other, leaving only one knight to try to help, but he arrived too late, as the Devanu sempa had time to capture the 2nd beast of burden and run away just before the knight reached him.

Major victory for Yaum and his savage Devanus. :)
