Adam Warlock, Moondragon & Quasar Coming to Marvel: Crisis Protocol

I’m beginning to wonder if anybody at Atomic Mass actually gets any sleep. It’s only been, like, a few minutes since they last released a bunch of Star Wars: Legion goodies (read about ‘em here!), and now we’re being treated to another trio of Marvel: Crisis Protocol figures. This new set features some of Marvel’s cosmic-themed heroes, namely Adam Warlock, Moondragon and Quasar.

The first of these, Adam Warlock, is described as ‘the perfect being’ and ‘a powerful brawler’. Created by the Enclave—an organization dedicated to the creation of a benevolent world dictatorship—Warlock has since rebelled against his creators and become one of the Marvel universe’s most powerful heroes. Now a member of the Guardians of the Galaxy, he has fought the likes of Thanos and an evil version of himself known as Magus.

Moondragon is another one of Marvel’s cosmic heroes. A powerful telepath and sometime member of the Avengers, the Defenders and the Guardians of the Galaxy, she possesses incredible telepath and telekinetic abilities. Oh, and she can transform into a dragon, natch.

This new trinity of heroes is completed by Quasar. Also known as Phyla-Vell, this Titanian / Kree hybrid possesses not only superhuman strength, durability, speed, agility and reflexes, but also superpowers such as energy absorption and projection, and flight.

This forthcoming release will also include a punch sheet and all the bases and cards required to use these new miniatures in games of Marvel: Crisis Protocol.
