Games Workshop Preview New Assault Terminators

Games Workshop have given us a sneak peek at their new Assault Terminators.

Revealed today on the Warhammer Community website, this forthcoming set of Terminators includes five Space Marines wearing the iconic armour. These multi-part, plastic miniatures are supplied with a variety of weapons and gear, including lightning claws, thunder hammers, storm shields and more. Each Terminator can be made with or without a helmet, whilst there will also be two head options for the sergeant; this sergeant also has his own unique storm shield should you wish to equip him with thus.

Other accessories include unique tilting plates and additional accessories such as purity seals, Oaths of Moment, badges, and two more tilting plates with even more elaborate designs.

This new squad will debut in the forthcoming Crux Terminatus Battleforce. This new set will feature not only 10 of these new Assault Terminators led by an Ancient in Terminator Armour, but also five regular Terminators, a Chaplain in Terminator Armour, and a Captain in Terminator Armour.

All of these new marines will need decorating, right? Good thing this new set will also include a new sheet of Terminator transfers; this sheet will include not only generic icons and honour markings, but also more than 500 decals for the Ultramarines, Salamanders, Imperial Fists and more. If that’s not enough decoration for you, then fear not; there’s also oodles of campaign badges, checkered patterns, numerals, and scripture included on the sheet.

The Crux Terminatus Battleforce will be available for pre-orders soon. They will make an ideal complement to to the new Marneus Calgar miniature Games Workshop previewed last week.
