Body

The latest edition of the Laundry RPG is now available for pre-order.

Based on the series of novels by Charles Stross, the Laundry roleplaying game focuses on Q-Division, a British intelligence department more informally known as "the Laundry". This division deals with the occult threats which might otherwise overwhelm Great Britain.

As with the fiction upon which it is based, TheLaundry roleplaying game provide players with a typically British mixture of not only Lovecraftian horror, but also a spy thriller that is altogether more Slow Horses than On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. The titles now available offer players and games masters an opportunity to explore the various facets of the department and the eldritch horrors with which they deal. These titles include not only Operative and Supervisor handbooks, but also a collection of scenarios entitled Black Bag Jobs Reopened, and Introduction to Applied Occult Computing,a sourcebook which includes background information and a further scenario.

Civil servants versus cosmic horrors in The Laundry RPG. Think Brazil meets Cthulhu, but with more paperwork and fewer ducts. Not quite as dystopian as our current government, mind you - at least these lot admit they're watching.
