Survive the Games, Escape the Dead: Zombicide Meets Squid Game This August

You have to be pretty down on your luck to be invited onto the Squid Games. Imagine how unlucky you’d have to be to end up in Squid Games during a zombie outbreak! Well now, in August, you can find out with the release of Zombicide Squid Games by Asmodee.

Based on the international hit Netflix series, Zombicide Squid Games is an expansion for Zombicide 2nd Edition, and you’ll need the core set to be able to play. The expansion blends the iconic survival challenges seen in the TV series with Zombicide gameplay, adding new threats and scenarios, where players have to outwit not only the ruthless game-like hazards but all the rentless zombie hordes.

Trapped on a mysterious island where every step could be your last, the Squid Game Zombicide Expansion plunges the Survivors into a brutal contest for salvation. Relentless
zombies, the calculating Frontman, his ruthless guards and even Yeong-hee, the Doll prowl the maps in search for blood.

Brand new enemies, locations, and equipment from the hit Netflix series, Squid Game. Set
on the mysterious island where the games are played, the Survivors plot their escape through 5 missions with new obstacles and challenges at every turn. Brave the games,
teeming with the undead, while escaping the guards, and play your way to freedom!

Will you survive to tell the tale, or become another casualty in the game?

The expansion is for 1-6 players, ages 14+, and plays in about 60 minutes. 20 new miniatures are included, with enemies such as the Frontman and Young-hee (The Doll), as well as map-tiles featuring several locations such as the Playground, Marble Village and the Colourful Stairs. and a host of cards and tokens, in addition to the expansions rulebook.
