Pendraken Miniatures Release a Squadron of Witches on Broomsticks

Pendraken Miniatures have released three Halloween-themed 10-12mm miniature sets on the run up to Halloween.

The Flying Witches Warband features 15 witches on broomsticks in three different poses. At 10mm, these small little band of flying grannies gives you an entire airborne formation to haunt the skies over your wargames table.

Of course the Witches don’t just come as aerial reinforcements, and the Standing Witches Warband gives you 15 figures in five different poses, standing to a grand height of around 12mm. So your supernatural ground troops can march, or hobble, in to battle.

The last of the new releases in the series are the Yetis. This six pack, all different poses, stand to the giddy heights of 18mm! Towering over the Witches and providing larger creatures for your fantasy army.

There is something rather appealing about commanding a cavlary regiment where horses have been replaced by broomsticks.

Pendraken also have a few new releases for some of their other ranges too.

A number of years ago we purchased the fantastic Castle Arts range of 10mm Feudal Japanese buildings, containing all manner of houses, walls, castles and more. It’s taken a bit longer than planned but we’ve now got these all back into production! These are outstanding models and will look great on the table. Some of them are quite large too; the Temple Pagoda and Lecture Hall are almost 10£ long/high!

You can see the complete range on Pendrakens Feudal Japan page.

Our next new 10mm Sci-Fi range has been released this month, with the Octarii now available! These genetically created cephalopods travel from distant water worlds and are both creative and addressive in nature. We’ve got infantry, support, artillery and vehicles for them, so take a look here!

And while we’re at it, we’ve also released a few codes for the Cortexians, a secvretive race hailing from an area of the galaxy known as Fivtee-Wan. They prefer covert observation over conflict, often ‘borrowing’ individuals from interesting planets for further research. Some civilisations are reported to have evidence of Cortexian presence, but this is fiercely disputed.

You can see the entire range of what Pendraken have to offer on their website.
