Dungeons & Flagons bring their Manchester Board Game Festival back for a Festive Special, running 12th-14th December at Sachas Hotel in the Northern Quarter. The three-day event features 600+ board games, RPG sessions, the legendary Bring & Buy sale, and the MCR Geek Fayre running Saturday and Sunday.
Silent Knight
There's a Secret Santa exchange complete with a "very special guest", alongside the first-ever MBGF Awards ceremony celebrating the festival's best moments. Saturday brings the infamous Oxleys Pub Quiz, whilst Sunday features Bingo – both raising funds for charity. The Play-to-Win shelf offers the chance to demo games and potentially win copies, with the draw happening Sunday.
Away In A Dungeon
Whether you're escaping family or seeking fellow enthusiasts who understand your pain, the festival runs from 3pm Friday through to 8pm Sunday. Tickets available at manchesterboardgamefestival.co.uk.
