Titan-Forge have teamed up with Archvillain Games and Loot Tavern to bring you Voidsea.
Described by Titan-Forge as a ‘Grimdark-Salted, Eldritch-Infested, High-Seas-Soaked Expansion for 5e and 5.5e’, Voidsea puts your player characters in command of a ‘suspiciously moist*’ sailing ship which is, in actuality, a mimic. The characters can only avoid being eaten by said mimic by feeding it with the corpses of their piratical victims. This ship also can upgraded / sated with ‘salvaged components from defeated foes and by feeding it powerful monsters’.

Keeping your squelchy vessel alive allows you to sail the Voidsea in search of piratical booty, fresh victims and high-seas high jinks; just don’t focus on the corrupting influence of the Voidsea, and the weird mutations it bestows on you and and your shipmates…
This wonderfully weird and wholly original campaign boasts an 18-Inch mimic sailing ship, pop-up enemy ships, and oodles of miniatures of all shapes and sizes; these include crew and components such as cannons and even organs. There’s also some mahoosive minis such as a megalodon and an aquato-koboldzilla!
See the Voidsea website for more details. Also, if you sign up to the Voidsea newsletter now, you’ll get access to the alpha playtest in early 2025.
*IMHO, this concept’s a winner just for using the term ‘suspiciously moist’, but I’m weird like that.
