Catalyst Games Lab have two new fiction anthologies for you to enjoy.
These two new books, entitled Tales of the Inner Sphere and Sixth World Snapshots, contain a rich assortment of short stories set in the worlds of Battletech and Shadowrun respectively.
Tales of the Inner Sphere’s lineup features stories published on Catalyst Game Labs’ website in 2025; each of these only appeared for a single month before being replaced with a new tale. This new collection is the first time any of the stories contained therein have been reprinted since. The TOC includes missives written by ‘established BattleTech authors as well as more recent recruits’.
Similarly, Sixth World Snapshots offers readers ‘a glimpse of shadowrunner lives from all over the Sixth World’. These insights include an aging shadowrunner punishing ‘a corporation for its greed’, ‘a glitzy cooking contest held in the wild and wooly Barrens’ and many more.
These new collections can be found on the Catalyst Games Lab website, along with a host of other fiction set in the worlds of Battletech and Shadowrun.
