But the Agents are on the ground only a few hours when things get worse.

The suspect reappears only to destroy himself in a deadly explosion. The murdered victim speaks with the voice of a god. A trail of carnage leads across the country. It draws the Agents inexorably to the city where the towers fell, the city where cruel powers converge: to New York, the city Delta Green has learned to fear.

When Delta Green stumbles into a clash between the Great Old Ones themselves, can the Agents hope to survive?
