Fighting Fantasy is Back Again

From left to right, the titles are: "The Forest of Doom," "The Citadel of Chaos," "City of Thieves," "Deathtrap Dungeon," and "The Warlock of Firetop Mountain," which is marked with a question mark, indicating its cover is yet to be revealed. Fighting Fantasy is back, and its raking it in on Kickstarter.

There can’t be a single person reading this blog who hasn’t played a Fighting Fantasy book. These adventures are as big a part of the evolution of tabletop gaming as The Lord of the RIngs, D&D and Games Workshop. No doubt, therefore, that most of you are having a little squeee! moment just knowing you can buy the early titles all over again.

That’s right, five of the all-time classic Fighting Fantasy adventures are on the comeback trail, with The Warlock of Firetop Mountain, Deathrap Dungeon, City of Thieves, The Citadel of Chaos and The Forest of Doom now starring in their own Kickstarter campaign. Each features their original (not to mention seminal) covers and interior artwork.
