Moonstruck Games have released a second edition of their Lovecraftian gamebook, the Darkened Son.
Described as a ‘handcrafted gamebook both in text and illustration’, this new edition of The Darkened Son is a choose your own adventure-style gamebook written by Moonstruck Games’ founder, Roger A Davie. It also boasts ten colour illustrations and a superb cover by artist Vlad Yurasov.

Indy publisher Moonstruck Games has released a brand new gamebook.
Written by Roger A. Davie, The Ruins of Spurhold is a choose-your-own adventure / Fighting Fantasy-style gamebook set in the world of Alocea. It includes 400 sections to explore and is illustrated with a combination of what is described as ‘flesh-and-blood human and AI-generated or assisted artwork’.
