If you've been waiting for the return of Chaos Dwarves, then you're in luck, because they're back, and they're bad-asses…
…Admittedly they're no longer called Chaos Dwarves, but these new ‘Zharrdron’, as they're now known, are Chaos Dwarves nonetheless. Described as 'Duardin whose ancestors fell under the fiery sway of Hashut in eras past', these Chaos Dw— Zharrdron have fallen under the corrupting influence of Chaos and gone all spikey. Described as 'the very personification of dark industry, weaponised arrogance and unbridled cruelty', these waist-high warriors are all about kickin' shins and biting kneecaps.
The army is led by a War Despot; described as 'a leader within the ziggurat fortresses of the Zharrdron', the War Despot is 'Swollen by dark power and clad in imposing armour'. He is also armed with magical weapons 'empowered by the most dangerous daemonic essences'.

The nucleus of the War Despot's army is formed by the Infernal Cohorts. Composed of Duardin nobility, these warriors weald their weapons—ablaze with demonic energy—with supreme martial skill.

The Duardin don't just go to war wielding fancy weapons; they also bring some serious warmachines! These include the mortar-like Tormentor Bombard and the Deathshrieker Rocket Battery. These propel munitions which burn with the raw stuff of Chaos and which explode 'with terrible force'.

Finally, the army is completed by the Dominator Engine. This 'ironclad daemon' is anointed with the blood of Hashut's enemies, and powered by engines which guzzle 'tormented daemon-matter'. Unleaded options are also available.

Finally, no new Games Workshop army would be complete with its accompanying Battletome, and this one is no different. Behind that swish, exclusive cover, is all the lore, art and rules you'll need to really get to grips with the Helsmiths of Hashut. There also some accompanying Warscroll cards!
