Buer Games are preparing to launch 1490 DOOM. Details are thin at the moment, but the preview page for the game’s forthcoming Gamefound campaign reveals 1490 Doom is ‘a tabletop war game set in a grimdark world between 1490 and 1494’. Players field ‘Doom Companies’ fighting for survival in a world besieged by a deadly plague. These Doom Companies scavenge and fight for dwindling resources, and, as one would expect, that combat is just as brutal and deadly as the all-consuming contagion.
