Two Starving Gnolls has announced The Exorcist's Codex, a new tabletop roleplaying game launching February 25th on BackerKit. Set in the 1890s, this dark horror RPG puts players in the roles of agents combating demonic forces and cultists using an arsenal of rituals and holy artifacts.
Built on Chaosium's Basic Roleplaying System (BRP), the game introduces new mechanics like Holy Faith and Demonic Corruption. The core offering’s a 300-page rulebook featuring character creation, combat systems, and ritual mechanics, alongside a 200-page GM's Guide containing pre-written scenarios and what we can only assume is a bestiary for demons. A demoniary? A demonicom?
