Get It On, Bang a War Gong: New Chaos Kill Teams Revealed

A new edition of Kill Team is at hand, and that means new Chaos releases. Whilst Games Workshop are keeping the Chaos Space Marines back for Friday 13th (how apt!), they have revealed three other Chaos warbands.

As with previous editions, teams each have unique Faction Rules, Equipment and Ploys designed to create a unique style of play. Members of the Traitor Guard known as the Blooded, for instance, earn Blooded tokens during the Ready phase of each turn, or whenever one of their number is either incapacitated or incapacitates an enemy. These Blooded token cans be spent to increase a model's accuracy, and to gain the favour of the Chaos Gods.

Teams of veteran Chaos beastmen known as Fellgore Ravagers, meanwhile, are able to use Frenzy tokens to fight even after being incapacitated, and War Paint to ignore flesh wounds. Also, the sound of their War Gong gives them to strength to shrug off wounds inflicted by piercing weapons.

Worse still are the Chaos Cult. These devotees mutate as the game progresses, each time gaining new and horrific Accursed Gifts.
