Fans of Tolkien and tabletop gaming rejoice! Games Workshop are offering you new opportunities to brave the dangers of Middle-earth.
The big GW have released a new tranche of narrative scenarios for the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game. The first in a series of such scenarios, this first selection focuses on the beginning of Bilbo and Thorin’s Company’s journey to the Lonely Mountain.
Available to download as a PDF, these three scenarios recreate Bilbo’s encounter with the trio of trolls, the Dwarves of Thorin’s Company battle through Goblin-town, and the final battle between Thorin and Azog.
Each of these scenarios details not only the models and set-up needed for each scenario, but also any and all special rules required to recreate these iconic confrontations.
