Games Workshop Prepare ro Explore the Ash Wastes

Pre-orders are now open for the next tranche of Necromunda releases.

Revealed yesterday on the Games Workshop website, these new goodies focus on the Ash Wastes nomads. Wringing an existence out of the abrasive deserts that form the Wastes, the nomads are just as deadly as those barren sands. Their affinity with, and their knowledge of, the Wastes makes the nomads lethal enemies.

None are deadlier than the nomad’s Sha’dar hunters and their Arthromite spinewyrms. Moving ahead of the main nomad force, these hunters fight with weapons made from the remains of wasteland creatures. They also command tame Arthromite spinewyrms, which they use to savage their enemies.

The new Sha’dar Hunters box contains enough parts to build six of these fierce warriors and their spineyrms. The hunters can be further upgraded and modified with the Ash Waste Nomads: Weapons & Upgrades set, This set includes additional gear with which to personalise your nomads.

Those of you wishing to use the Sha’dar hunters in Necromunda will also need the Tribes of the Wasteland book and accompanying datacards. As one would expect, there’s also a set of Tribes of the Wasteland dice for the completists amongst you.
