Discworld RPG Off to an Amazing Start

Modiphius' Kickstarter for their new Adventures in Ankh-Morpork, the Discworld tabletop roleplaying game, has launched.

As I type this article I am also keeping an eye on the campaign's current funding level ... and its racing like a milometer on a motorbike. Little wonder; it really is a smorgasbord of Discworld delights!

First of all, the campaign includes an exclusive Collector's Edition with a new and original cover by Paul Kidby. Paul will be no stranger to any Pratchett fan, as he has drawn the cover for every Discworld novel since Pratchett's original illustrator, Josh Kirby, died in 2001.

The campaign also includes a set of Octarine dice, a Gamesmasters' Toolkit, a Tales from the Big Wahoonie adventure book and other exclusive goodies.

The campaign is now funded and unlocking stretch goals. It is so funded, in fact, that money is leaking from the campaign and into other RPG Kickstarters around it. Part of this statement may be untrue, or, at the very least, an exaggeration.
